Responsibilities:

  • Handle booking acceptance, amendments, and vessel clean-up activities.

  • Manage daily communications via telephone and email, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.

  • Monitor and manage vessel space allocation to optimize capacity utilization.

  • Act as a central liaison for cross-functional coordination and problem-solving, addressing both internal requirements and customer needs.

  • Prepare and update weekly schedules accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in International Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English (both written and verbal).

  • Detail-oriented, with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
