About the job (Shipping Line) CS Export
Responsibilities:

Handle booking acceptance, amendments, and vessel clean-up activities.

Manage daily communications via telephone and email, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.

Monitor and manage vessel space allocation to optimize capacity utilization.

Act as a central liaison for cross-functional coordination and problem-solving, addressing both internal requirements and customer needs.

Prepare and update weekly schedules accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in International Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.

Strong communication skills in Thai and English (both written and verbal).

Detail-oriented, with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Ability to work effectively under pressure.
