About the job (Boxman) Sales Executive - (Nvocc and freight forwarding business)
Responsibilities

Prepare and update import/export loading lists and submit reports to principals.

Develop new clients and explore business opportunities across all liner, NVOCC, and freight forwarding sectors.

Maintain strong relationships and deliver consistent service to existing clients.

Address customer issues tactfully and effectively to safeguard the interests of our principals.

Actively promote the BOX MAN brand and enhance market visibility.

Conduct monthly market analysis and submit findings to relevant principals.

Prepare and structure selling rates based on Minimum Rate Guidelines (MRG) provided by principals.

Coordinate rate discussions with principals and customers, and ensure timely system updates.

Liaise with feeder operators and carriers to secure optimal SOC slot rates.

Ensure all customer profiles, rate requests, and quotations are accurately recorded and maintained in the system.

Submit daily sales reports to the Senior Manager.

Provide comprehensive monthly performance reports to the Senior Manager.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years experience in the shipping and logistics industry.

Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
