Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update import/export loading lists and submit reports to principals.

  • Develop new clients and explore business opportunities across all liner, NVOCC, and freight forwarding sectors.

  • Maintain strong relationships and deliver consistent service to existing clients.

  • Address customer issues tactfully and effectively to safeguard the interests of our principals.

  • Actively promote the BOX MAN brand and enhance market visibility.

  • Conduct monthly market analysis and submit findings to relevant principals.

  • Prepare and structure selling rates based on Minimum Rate Guidelines (MRG) provided by principals.

  • Coordinate rate discussions with principals and customers, and ensure timely system updates.

  • Liaise with feeder operators and carriers to secure optimal SOC slot rates.

  • Ensure all customer profiles, rate requests, and quotations are accurately recorded and maintained in the system.

  • Submit daily sales reports to the Senior Manager.

  • Provide comprehensive monthly performance reports to the Senior Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the shipping and logistics industry.

  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
