Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and build relationships with new clients both locally and internationally.

  • Promote and sell international freight forwarding services via sea and air.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners to ensure smooth customer service delivery.

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.

  • Visit clients and attend trade shows or business meetings abroad when required.

  • Communicate effectively with international clients and partners via phone, email, and meetings in English.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market updates to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Business, International Trade, or related fields.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; no prior experience required.

  • Strong English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) for international correspondence.

  • Good personality, adaptable, positive attitude, and eager to learn.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to plan and propose sales strategies.

  • Willingness and ability to travel abroad as needed.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic logistics knowledge is a plus.
