About the job (Logman) AP Accountant Officer

Key responsibilities
You will support the Accounting Manager and team to ensure that operations run smoothly, and your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing, payments, and vendor reconciliations.
  • Record and verify financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Prepare and post journal entries and the general ledger.
  • Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare and file monthly VAT (PP30, PP36) and withholding tax returns (PND3, PND53, PND54) in compliance with Thai tax laws.
  • Verify tax documents for compliance and reconcile tax accounts.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field
  • New graduates are welcome
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting is a plus
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Good command of MS Excel and Microsoft 365.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude, able to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong communication skills and business integrity.
  • Knowledge of local tax (VAT) regulations.
