About the job (Shipping Line) Sales Executive / Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers while developing new target accounts.

  • Secure business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

  • Provide quotations to current and prospective customers, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

  • Identify and assess customer needs, propose appropriate solutions, and resolve issues effectively.

  • Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Operations, Documentation, and other departments to ensure service excellence and updated market information.

  • Collect and analyze market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitors activities to support business planning.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in International Business, Logistics, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 25 years of experience in Shipping Line / NVOCC / Freight Forwarding business.

  • Strong understanding of ocean freight, container shipping, and related services.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Good command of English (and Chinese proficiency will be an advantage).

  • Possess own car and valid driving license.
