About the job (Shipping Line) Sales Executive / Sales Manager
Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers while developing new target accounts.

Secure business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

Provide quotations to current and prospective customers, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

Identify and assess customer needs, propose appropriate solutions, and resolve issues effectively.

Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Operations, Documentation, and other departments to ensure service excellence and updated market information.

Collect and analyze market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitors activities to support business planning.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in International Business, Logistics, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 25 years of experience in Shipping Line / NVOCC / Freight Forwarding business.

Strong understanding of ocean freight, container shipping, and related services.
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-
Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
-
Good command of English (and Chinese proficiency will be an advantage).

Possess own car and valid driving license.
