(Shipping Line) Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and monitor location/terminal operational efficiency, and continuously improve and develop performance through professional competency.
2. Summarize and consolidate reports on LOGMANs network terminal efficiency, best practices, and regional geography related to terminal operations, including filing, monitoring, terminal contracts, and department Power BI data.
3. Ensure the accuracy and timely updates of LOGMAN network terminal efficiency reports.
4. Follow up and coordinate with relevant parties regarding best practices and productivity improvement inquiries from locations/terminals.
5. Consolidate LOGMAN network daily, weekly, and monthly terminal efficiency reports.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in a related field.

2. Good command of Chinese or English (speaking, reading, and writing).

3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot), PowerPoint, and Power BI.

4. At least 5 years of work experience in operational shipping lines and/or container terminal operations is an advantage.
