(Auto) Operation Manager (Truck Tractor Business)

Key Responsibilities

1. Operation management
Plan, Control and manage truck to maximize efficiency.
Improve operational prcess.
Manage operating cost

2. Team and Driver Management
Plan workforce allocation and assign duties.
Oversee training and skil development.

3. Safety and compliance
Manage truck inspections and schedule maintenance plan (Preventive maintenance)
Ensure driver comply with traffic laws.

4. Performance Analysis and Improvement
Analyze transport data, including delivery time, Cost, Maintenance.
Enhance processes and improve transport efficiency
Report performance result to management team.

5. Customer service management
Maintain customer relationships and ensuring service align with agreements and SLAs.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Industrial Management, or related fields.
Experience:

• Minimum 5-8 years of Manager, Senior manager experience (Manager level).
• Experience in the transportation, logistics, or heavy-duty vehicle industry.
• Strong knowledge of transport management, fleet management, and logistics technology.

Skills:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills and strategic decision-making abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain client and partner relationships.
• Financial acumen with cost control and budget management expertise.
• Proficiency in logistics-related technology and software.
