(Joint Venture) Finance Accountant (CPD license)

Job Description

Position: Finance Accountant

Location: Ratchadamri Rd, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok

Reports to: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage full-cycle accounting operations

2. Prepare monthly/annual financial statements (BS, P&L, CF)

3. Maintain GL system compliant with Thai Accounting Standards, Revenue Code and corporate policies

4. Handle tax filings (VAT/CIT/WHT) and coordinate tax audits/inspections

5. Oversee AR/AP processes and cash flow control

6. Assist in budgeting, budget control, financial analysis & reporting

7. Support annual audits and compliance checks

8. Other tasks assigned by management

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting

2. Certification: Valid CPD qualification (must be registered with DBD)

3. Experience: 1-2 years full-cycle accounting (logistics preferred)

4. Skills:

- Proficient in Thai TFRS/TAS and tax regulations

- Skilled in accounting software (e.g. SAP/Oracle)

- Intermediate+ Excel (PivotTables/VLOOKUP)

5. Language: Thai (Native), Business English

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in freight forwarding/cross-border taxation

- Knowledge of DBD reporting procedures
