TIBCO Developer

Job description

We're looking for a Mid/Senior TIBCO Developer to reinforce our team working on projects in the Telco/Energy/Bank for our Portuguese clients who are currently looking to fill their teams with more professionals.

What are we looking for?

• +5 years of experience developing with TIBCO tools;
• Provide technical leadership;
• Mentor team members on best practices in software design, development, and processes;
• Leading and coaching other developers.

Personal traits:

• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and clients
• Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy
• Motivation for international projects and possible travels are included
• Willingness to collaborate with other players
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
