Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews).
• Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement.
• Work with Product Owners to refine backlogs and prioritize deliverables.
• Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and innovation.

Must-Have:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in tech-driven environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Strong conflict-resolution and servant-leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Background in software development or IT projects.
• Familiarity with scaling frameworks (LeSS, Nexus).
