Role Overview

Design, implement, and manage a cost-effective, scalable, AI-powered calling solution as an alternative to Microsoft Teams Calling Plans. Configure automatic call recordings, AI transcriptions/summaries, and integrate with CRM systems while managing landline numbers across regions.​

Key Responsibilities

Cost-Optimized Infrastructure

• Integrate third-party VoIP providers (Twilio, RingCentral, etc.) with Microsoft Teams Phone System via Direct Routing/SIP Trunking.
• Research, purchase, and manage landline numbers across multiple regions.
• Ensure scalability and cost efficiency for international/domestic calling.

AI-Powered Outreach Enhancements

• Implement scalable calling for outreach campaigns with automatic recording.
• Configure AI transcription/summaries (Otter.ai, Copilot) integrated with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365).

Call Flow Configuration

• Design Auto Attendants (IVR), Call Queues, and escalation systems.
• Optimize workflows minimizing dropped calls and maximizing agent efficiency.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure GDPR/HIPAA compliance for call recording/data retention.
• Implement Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) monitoring.

CRM Integration & Reporting

• Automate call logging, transcription storage, and AI insights.
• Provide dashboards tracking engagement and conversions.​

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years Microsoft Teams Voice, VoIP, Telephony experience.
• Expertise in Direct Routing, SIP Trunking, third-party VoIP providers.
• AI transcription services and landline number management experience.
• CRM integration (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365).
• PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API knowledge (plus).
• Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer (MS-720) certification preferred.​
