Imagine Citizens Network – CEO

Imagine Citizens Network (ICN) is an independent, grassroots citizen driven non-profit organization established in 2015, with a vision of a health system intentionally designed in a partnership between citizens and other stakeholders to achieve the best possible experiences and outcomes for all Albertans. ICN actively pursues opportunities to enable and mobilize citizens (who are sometimes patients) ability to influence and become valued partners in improving health care experiences and outcomes for all.

Care Opinion Canada is a major program under the ICN umbrella. The Care Opinion platform aligns with the Imagine Citizens Network mission by providing a platform that embodies the guiding themes of Listen, Learn, Link, Lead. Care Opinion Canada facilitates a space where individuals can share their healthcare experiences, which directly supports ICNs goal to listen to Albertans and shape healthcare change. By offering insights from patients, the Care Opinion Canada program enables the healthcare system to learn and improve. Furthermore, Care Opinion Canada serves as a link between patients, healthcare providers, and organizations, fostering community-level change and collaboration.
