Morgan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Morgan Campbell Executive Search. He brings nearly 25 years of national and international executive search experience to his clients. He has previously been a Partner in both Canadian and large global firms, as well as a Managing Partner and owner of Boyden Calgary prior to its successful sale. Morgan has managed executive level search assignments across a broad spectrum of industries in both the private and public sectors. He has been a leader in over 350 executive assignments and nearly 100 board appointments.

Morgan has a BA from the University of Calgary and an Advanced Certificate in Executive Search and Leadership Consulting from Cornell University. He is active in the community as the Vice Chair of Ronald McDonald House Alberta and was formerly a Board Director for the Canadian Petroleum Hall of Fame and for HomeFront against domestic violence. Morgan was previously named by Oilweek as one of Alberta's "Seven Rising Stars".
