About the Role
We are hiring a Client Delivery & Account Manager to oversee active client engagements at Motum, a growing nearshore staff augmentation company.
You will work closely with Motum's founders and internal recruiting team while serving as the main point of contact for hiring managers at our client companies. Your role is to keep communication clear, timelines moving, and expectations aligned on both sides.
On a daily basis, you will coordinate with recruiters on open roles, follow up on interview progress, relay feedback, and make sure each search continues moving toward a hire. When priorities change, feedback is unclear, or a process slows down, you step in to realign everyone and keep momentum.
In parallel, you will maintain strong client relationships. You will check in regularly with clients, address concerns, and identify opportunities where their teams may need additional support. The goal is not only successful placements, but long-term partnerships and account growth.
This is a highly operational role that requires organization, clear communication, and the confidence to guide conversations with both recruiters and client stakeholders. If you enjoy keeping complex processes organized and making sure things actually get done, you will do well here.

Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for active client accounts
- Run regular client check-ins and maintain ongoing communication
- Coordinate closely with internal recruiters on open roles and hiring progress
- Track interview stages and follow up with both clients and candidates
- Collect and relay structured feedback between clients and recruiting team
- Help clarify role requirements and adjust expectations when needed
- Manage hiring timelines and keep searches moving forward
- Assist with interview scheduling with hiring manager and recruiters
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts
- Suggest additional hires when client teams show capacity needs
- Monitor recruiter workload and submission pacing
- Escalate issues early before they impact delivery or client satisfaction
- Maintain organized records of active roles, hiring stages, and communications
Requirements
- Able to communicate fluently in English with native speakers with minimal mistakes and a clear pronunciation.
- 2+ years experience in account management, customer success, recruiting coordination, operations, or project management
- Experience working remotely with cross-cultural, cross-functional teams
Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, and operational tools
- Ability to manage priorities, timelines, and deadlines independently
- Comfortable managing multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
- Confident communicating with hiring managers and internal teams
- Ability to follow up persistently and keep processes moving
- Experience using CRM, ATS, or project tracking tools
- Preferred: experience working at a recruitment or staffing agency
Additional Information:
- Full time: 40 hours per week
- Work Hours: 9am to 5pm PST (flexible)
- Contract Type: Independent contractor
