About the Role

We are looking for a bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join one of our clients, a US-based debt collection and credit repair company. In this role, you will be contacting customers who may benefit from repairing their credit score and offering them tailored solutions to settle their debt with convenient, client-provided plans.

This is a high-volume outbound call environment where success depends on your ability to quickly build rapport, understand customer needs, and close sales. You will need to be confident, persuasive, and results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers to discuss debt settlement and credit repair solutions
  • Quickly build trust and rapport with customers while maintaining professionalism
  • Identify customer needs and match them with the most suitable product or service offering
  • Overcome objections and close sales consistently
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system
  • Follow up with interested leads to complete the sales process
  • Collaborate with the team and share insights to improve scripts and strategies

Requirements:

  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in English (C2 English required)
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or high-volume outbound calling environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to think quickly, handle objections, and close deals under pressure
  • Comfort with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM PST
  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week
