About the Role
We are looking for an experienced recruiter with proven expertise in full cycle recruitment of top performing sales professionals.
This role is especially focused on recruiting for industries such as insurance, debt consolidation, credit repair, and similar high-volume outbound sales environments.
You will be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines of English-fluent sales agents, assessing their communication and persuasion skills, and ensuring they align with the clients performance expectations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top-tier sales professionals with excellent English skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies to fill high-volume sales roles for U.S.-based clients
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates with a strong focus on communication skills, persuasion ability, and sales experience
- Maintain a strong pipeline of bilingual sales talent and build relationships with potential candidates
- Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth process for both clients and candidates
- Regularly update client-facing teams with qualified candidate pools and progress
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience recruiting for sales roles, ideally in international or remote hiring environments
- Experience recruiting for insurance, debt consolidation, or related industries is highly preferred
- Strong track record in sourcing candidates with excellent spoken and written English (C1-C2)
- Ability to identify high-performing sales talent who thrive in fast-paced, client-facing roles
- Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to evaluate candidate selling style, objection handling, and overall sales mindset during interviews

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
- Part-Time: 20 hours per week
- Type of Contract: Independent contractor
- This role is part-time and can transition into full-time
