About the Role

We are seeking skilled AI Specialists to join our talent pool for U.S. clients who need expertise in AI model development, deployment, and optimization. This talent pool is ideal for AI professionals ready to apply their skills to impactful projects.

Your Responsibilities

Model Development & Implementation:

• Develop machine learning and AI models using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Implement models in production environments and optimize for performance and scalability.

Data Analysis & Processing:

• Conduct data preprocessing and feature engineering to improve model accuracy.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform AI model improvements.

Collaboration & Innovation:

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into business applications.
• Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and contribute innovative ideas.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI or machine learning with strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI frameworks.
• Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and model deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms for AI (AWS Sagemaker, Google AI Platform).
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Additional Information: 

• Working Hours: 9am-5pm across different US time zones 
• Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 
• Type of Contract: Independent contractor
