Are you passionate about optimizing HubSpot to drive sales and marketing success? We're looking for an experienced HubSpot Administrator to support dynamic Marketing and Sales teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Operate Day to Day HubSpot tasks
  • Prepare and present monthly Lead Generation, Revenue Attribution and overall results reports in HubSpot Dashboards that allow real time visibility
  • Automation of routine communications through collaborative HubSpot sequences for commercial outreach
  • Manage roles, system access and other tasks in HubSpot
  • Serves as the frontline resource for internal end users to field questions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems. Develop process documentation.
  • Support priorities and functionality planning set by Strategist, support integrations with other tech stack if necessary
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity and user activity to make recommendations and deploy continuous improvements
  • Assist cross-functional teams and internal resources to define process requirements and change requests related to the sales processes
  • Oversees data integrity within HubSpot CRM through data import management, data auditing, cleanup and deduping
  • Workflow management with focus on sustainable, scalable processes
  • Manage system workflow documentation
  • Data reporting as requested

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Excellent communication skills (impeccable English)
  • Certified in HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs is essential
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant business/technical/analytical field
  • Must have at least 2-3 years hands-on experience of HubSpot (automation/development/administration experience preferred)
  • Experience supporting a team of sales and marketing professionals in a fast-paced, short sales cycle, high-growth environment
  • Strong data management and organizational skills
  • Proven experience creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organization and, follow-up skills
  • Highly self-motivated and dependable

Work schedule:

  • 100% work remotely (working hours by Central Standard Time CST) 8 hrs., Monday to Friday
    Preferred core hours: 8:00 AM 3:00 PM CST
