We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment and contribute to building strong, talented teams for a variety of tech-focused projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source qualified candidates through social media, internal databases, job portals, and professional networks.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand evolving role requirements.
  • Draft and publish compelling job descriptions across various platforms.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on job criteria and technical standards.
  • Conduct pre-screening assessments and initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage and execute interviews via video, phone, email/chat, and other communication tools.
  • Track candidate progress using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain clear, up-to-date records.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interview notes and recruitment materials to share with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and send offer letters and ensure all related documentation is completed.
  • Implement long-term staffing strategies to align with business goals.
  • Create and maintain a positive, structured end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by identifying and attracting a broad range of qualified candidates.

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both verbal and written) is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical or IT recruiting role, with full-cycle recruiting exposure.
  • Proficiency understanding of various interview formats (Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
  • Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent candidate sourcing, evaluation, and communication skills.
  • A detail-oriented, proactive approach with strong decision-making abilities.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
