James Beard award-winning chef Paul Berglund is looking for great staff to help open his new Ada restaurant, Myrth, coming mid-June. Berglund’s new restaurant will be driven and inspired by the seasons and the food grown by our West Michigan farmers. This will be a gathering place, instilled with a casual sophistication and warm Midwestern hospitality. Above all, it will be focused on the crafts of food, drink, and hospitality.
