About the job Virtual Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Respond and compose emails on behalf of the CEO
- Schedule meetings and organize CEO's calendars
- Manage a contact list
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep an online record
- Create presentations, as assigned
- Manage administrative queries and tasks
- Provide customer service as the first point of contact on the client's website
Requirements:
- Has working knowledge of E-commerce
- at least 3 years of Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of Outlook Calendars, Teams, High profile calendar, and MS Office
- Very good at writing
