Responsibilities:

  • Respond and compose emails on behalf of the CEO
  • Schedule meetings and organize CEO's calendars
  • Manage a contact list 
  • Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep an online record
  • Create presentations, as assigned
  • Manage administrative queries and tasks
  • Provide customer service as the first point of contact on the client's website

Requirements:

  • Has working knowledge of E-commerce
  • at least 3 years of Customer Service experience
  • Knowledge of Outlook Calendars, Teams, High profile calendar, and MS Office
  • Very good at writing
