Product Designer

Role and Responsibilities:

• Ability to work on a given specific product capability or more complex projects under guidance.
• Shows creativity in determining how to solve a design problem or realize a design opportunity within the given constraints; able to consider multiple solutions/approaches. Actively, iterates designs based on user feedback, research, and data.
• Assists in user research operations by help recruting participant and taking notes during interview sessions, and participates in research planning. Compiles feedback on findings and can make recommendations with senior oversight.
• Ability to create a pixel-perfect design that align with existing NocNoc Design System guildelines and best practices.
• Collaborates with multiple teams to understand project objective, goals and contraints. Effectively communicates design rationale to cross-functional partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, UX, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience designing and shipping experiences across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on creative and systems thinker with UX/UI/IA design expertise.
• Portfolio of work that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions through web-based and mobile applications is required.
