You will be central to our team's success, playing a pivotal role in analyzing marketing data, deriving actionable insights, and delivering impactful business strategies. Your contributions will drive the enhancement of our marketing initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in marketing analytics or business analysis.

This role reports directly to the Analytics and BI manager and collaborates closely with the marketing team, CRM, Growth, and Strategies teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements and drive data-driven decision-making
  • Formulate hypotheses, validate assumptions, and analyze data to drive projects with other stakeholders.
  • Analyze, interpret, and transform data into actionable business insights to drive overall performance.
  • Analyze marketing campaign data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain internal summary reports that could support answering the majority of business problems.
  • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in analytical fields, consulting, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of fundamental Data Concepts including data types, data sources, and data relationships
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command in English communication skills
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry and visualization tools such as Tableau, Mixpanel, or similar programs will be a plus.
