About the job Customer Service

Contractor: 6 months (Contract extension based on performance)

Responsibilities:

  • Be able to communicate and service customers through various channels ie.inbound , outbound & non voice
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries and complaints with appropriate manner
  • Well collaborate with colleagues and other departments with good attitude (NocNoc core values)
  • Be able to take responsibility for special assignment and also give consultation and coaching to others as assigned by supervisor or manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors (BA or BS) in engineering, business, service design or related field
  • Knowledge Microsoft Office, Communication Skills
  • 1 year experience in call center team, operations, production, process optimization or related field
  • Experience in selling products via online platform
