About the job Customer Service
Contractor: 6 months (Contract extension based on performance)
Responsibilities:
- Be able to communicate and service customers through various channels ie.inbound , outbound & non voice
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries and complaints with appropriate manner
- Well collaborate with colleagues and other departments with good attitude (NocNoc core values)
- Be able to take responsibility for special assignment and also give consultation and coaching to others as assigned by supervisor or manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelors (BA or BS) in engineering, business, service design or related field
- Knowledge Microsoft Office, Communication Skills
- 1 year experience in call center team, operations, production, process optimization or related field
- Experience in selling products via online platform
