Senior Business Analyst - Commercial

The role sits within Strategy & Analysis team of Commercial department. The team scope included strategic planning, solving business questions through data and provide analytics solutions to support commercial business. Team members work closely with multiple stakeholders such as category management, key account management, campaign, marketing and data team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Performance tracking and business recommendation

• Conduct strategic analyses and develop tool for performance monitoring and optimization, identify growth opportunity for commercial
• Work with different teams within commercial department to drive initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations to bring more value to the company
• Perform business deepdive analyses to solve business questions and translate the findings through report and presentation for commercial team leads

Building tools

• Gather business requirements to develop visualization and tools for commercial team leads
• Leverage data and tools to deliver dashboards and reports to help driving business value and improve process for working team within commercial

Qualifications

• 3+ years of working experience in business/data analytics, business strategy, management consulting, or related fields
• Bachelors or Masters degree in business management, computer science, engineering, statistics, finance, marketing or related fields
• Strong experience in finding business insights and provide business recommendation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Expertise in one or more data analysis, visualization tools and software such as Python, R, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Studio, Metabase, Mixpanel
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn fast
• Good command in English communication skills
• Experience in e-commerce industry, fast-growing tech company would be a plus
