Job Responsibility

  • Initiate and develop strategic plan by understanding markets, competitors and customer needs to build & enhance NocNoc business capabilities through new and interesting partnership model.
  • Actively seek partnership opportunities for NocNoc to encourage business growth, business expansion.
  • Understand, and be able to analyze customer data, behavior and needs, and be able to visualize data in excel/presentation and communicate with stakeholders properly.
  • Set up campaign and conduct the end-to-end process of launching privileges, by collaborating with business partners and cross-functional team to working on internal processes i.e. coupon setup and artwork briefing to communicate on various channels including internal and external media.
  • Prepare campaign performance tracking report together with the proactive improvement plan.
  • Lead and work closely with related team and stakeholders for partnership project, be able to manage project priority and drive end-to-end project development to ensure that the project will be delivered on time.
  • Proactively manage, monitor and report on the execution of deliverables and project status in an effective manner across stakeholders.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity as well as collaborate with related party to ensure that NocNoc remains competitive and attractive to customers.

Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in marketing, business administration or digital field is a plus.
  • At least 3-4 years' experience working in partnership management, digital marketing, business analyst or any related fields.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication, visualization, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies and implement tactics that deliver team results.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to develop and communicate data-driven business strategy, plan and insights.
  • Exceptional relationship skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and drive prioritization and business objective.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Dashboard and creation of complex project plans and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous background in partnership acquisition and management.
  • High sense of ownership to deliver the success of project on hands within expected timeline.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, data-driven with the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Methodical, well-organized, detail-oriented.
  • Flexible team player who possesses self-initiative, leadership skills, and can-do attitude.
