Business Intelligence Executive

As a Business Intelligence professional at NocNoc, you will enable business users and operational teams to make smarter, data-driven decisions and uncover new opportunities through BI solutions and dashboards. You will play a key role in guiding NocNoc's team toward the right strategic decision.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce analytics or business analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

-        Design, build, and implement business dashboards, including requirement gathering, data processing, and visualization

-        Develop, maintain, and optimize data marts, data models, and dashboards for scalability and performance

-        Analyze data to identify trends and generate new insights that support business growth

-        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end dashboards and ad-hoc analysis

-        Promote data literacy by guiding teams on best practices for dashboard usage, interpretation, and data-driven decision-making

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics or related fields

- 1- 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics

- Understand data and query optimization, query profiling, and query performance monitoring tools and techniques

- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau required)

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
