Job Description:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategy to acquire new users, stimulate transactions and retain existing customers that align with business objective
- Manage execution of digital marketing activations (Facebook, SEM, SEO, discovery GDN, YouTube, programmatic, affiliate marketing, own assets) for e-commerce platform, including elastic search and discovery on-site media to stimulate conversion
- Initiate and execution of the digital elements of the media plan, campaign structure and audience strategy
- Create content strategy with dynamic approach on all touch point to plug in with customer journey to expedite full funnel marketing
- Lead the optimization team to ensure KPI met regarding all aspects; traffic, CTR, conversion rate, order and GMV with proactive action plans in order to sustainably improve the performance
- Development and tracking of digital performance marketing, media, and ROI, subsequently leverage data turned to insights
- Measure performance of digital marketing by using website analytics, application analytics, media platform reports, and to provide data-driven approach
- Understanding of digital pixel to connect the dotted line and consolidate sufficient data for seamless customer journey tracking, audience collection and accurate event tracking
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross functional teams to provide smooth and timely executions
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in analytics, marketing, or digital field is a plus
- At least 5 years' experience working in digital marketing, paid media, CRM, or analytics and prior experience and in-depth knowledge of best practices in digital marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to develop and communicate data-driven business strategy, plan and insights
- Exceptional relationship skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and drive prioritization and business objective
- Experience in managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong presentation and communication skills
