About the job Senior Business Development

Job Responsibility

  • Initiate and develop strategic plan by understanding markets, competitors and customer needs to build & enhance NocNoc business capabilities through new and interesting business models.
  • Actively seek opportunities for NocNoc to encourage business growth and business expansion.
  • Understand, and be able to analyze customer data, behavior, needs, or any other crucial information and be able to visualize data in excel/presentation and communicate with stakeholders properly.
  • Co-ordinate on potential business development opportunities with other businesses, partners or external parties or company groups.
  • Lead and work closely with related team and stakeholders for business development projects, be able to manage project priority and drive end-to-end project development to ensure that the project will be delivered on time.
  • Proactively manage, monitor and report on the execution of deliverables and project status in an effective manner across stakeholders.
  • Prepare project review with performance tracking together with the proactive improvement plan
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, technology development and competitor activity as well as collaborate with related party to ensure that NocNoc remains competitive and attractive to customers.

Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or digital field is a plus
  • At least 5 years experience working in business development, business analysis or any related field is a plus
  • Excellent initiative & analytical skills, time management with the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent communication, visualization, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience carrying a project with the ability to develop compelling strategies and implement tactics that deliver team results
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to develop and communicate data-driven business strategy, plan and insights
  • Exceptional relationship skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and drive prioritization and business objective
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Dashboard and creation of complex project plans and analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous background in e-commerce or retail business
  • High sense of ownership to deliver the success of the project on hands within expected timeline
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, data-driven with the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Methodical, well-organized, detail-oriented
  • Flexible team player who possesses self-initiative, leadership skills, and can-do attitude
