We are looking for a highly driven and dynamic candidate to join our Partnerships team at NocNoc.

Our ideal candidate is confident in building and managing private-sector collaborations, has a growth mindset, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a key role in expanding NocNocs Home & Living ecosystem.

You will be central to our growth strategy by identifying and securing partnerships, creating impactful joint programs, and enhancing NocNocs assortment & offering. This role requires strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.

This role reports directly to the Principal Executive of Government Affairs & Partnerships and works closely with Marketing, Key Account Management, CRM, and other cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure private-sector partners that align with NocNocs business goals.
  • Design and negotiate partnership models (e.g., revenue-sharing, co-branding, joint programs).
  • Drive initiatives that expand NocNocs assortment & offering and strengthen brand presence.
  • Manage end-to-end partner relationships, from onboarding to performance review.
  • Co-develop and implement partnership projects such as campaigns, promotions, and business programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partnership execution is integrated into operations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor partnerships, and ecosystem opportunities to shape strategies.
  • Represent NocNoc in partner negotiations, meetings, and industry events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or corporate relations (experience in e-commerce or Home & Living is a plus).
  • Proven track record in deal-making, partnership structuring, and project execution.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Thai and English.
  • Ability to think strategically while being hands-on in execution.
  • Solid understanding of market trends and ecosystem opportunities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
