Mission: Product Manager II owns and drives discovery of Home & Living marketplace platform features by defining precise requirements, leading data-driven discovery, and ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment to accelerate the marketplaces strat

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership: Take full, end-to-end ownership of both Buyer and Seller platform (Web & Mobile Application), also responsibility to design feature to imply to other regional country (Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Laos), defining and achieving success metrics.
  • Requirement Definition: Lead the writing of comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRD), including clear Business Logic and Use Cases
  • Data-Driven Discovery: Design and execute product experiments, including A/B Testing, and use analytics tools to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
  • Execution & Scope Management: Collaborate closely with Technology and Design teams to deliver the product, managing scope effectively by defining the MVP and making necessary trade-offs.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary liaison among Technology, Commercial, and Operation teams, ensuring alignment on goals and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Technical Partnership: Understand technical constraints and work with Engineering Leads to accurately estimate Technical Effort and ensure scalable solution design.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in leading without authority.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-centric product development.
  • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize the product backlog and effectively communicate the rationale.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborative work with various stakeholders with potentially competing interests.
  • Experience with lean startup or growth hacking methodologies (build, measure, learn).
  • Strong analytical skills with evidence of being data-driven.
  • Ability to balance building the right product versus building the product right.
  • Familiarity with analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and business strategy
