Senior Product Designer

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead the solution of a product area. Expert-level proficiency in product design across platforms.
• Confidently explores and stewards a broad range of radically different ideas and potential design directions from a holistic perspectives to acheive desired outcome.
• Plans and executes user research, summarizes findings, and creates recommendations. Has a practical knowledge of a range of research techniques.
• Advocates for and integrated NocNoc design system within the product area. Develop, maintain and evolve NocNoc Design Systems.
• Help planning and faciliate workshop/discussion across team and stakeholders to create a share understanding, foster collaboration and guides discussion toware decisions, and get buy-ins.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, UX, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience designing and shipping experiences across multiple platforms.
• Mastery in crafting delightful end-to-end experiences with Figma and related tools.
• Well-versed in data-informed product design and development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to design for platforms.
• Hands-on creative and systems thinker with strong UX/UI/IA design expertise.
• A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions through web-based and mobile applications.
