Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant Contract Manager to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team and manage our contracts effectively. This role requires a self-Starter, with the ability to think outside of the box. Health care provider enrollment in the US. Figuring out which organizations in the state will pay for the Alert Response service. Provider contracts and credentialing, applying for contracts through state government agency website portals. Following up on application status. May require calling various state government agencies to inquire about status and next steps to complete the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contract Management:

    • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
    • Maintain an organized contract repository and ensure timely contract renewals and terminations.
    • Monitor contract performance and compliance, ensuring all parties adhere to contractual obligations.
    • Collaborate with legal counsel when necessary to resolve contract-related issues.
  2. Executive Support:

    • Manage the executives' calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
    • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  3. Communication and Correspondence:

    • Manage emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executives.
    • Respond to inquiries and requests, redirecting them as appropriate.
    • Maintain effective communication channels within the organization.
  4. Meeting Coordination:

    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations.
    • Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  5. Administrative Support:

    • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office organization.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory as needed.
    • Handle other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the executives.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in business management
    • Background health care insurance
    • Medicaid/Medicare experience would be plus
    • 3-5 yrs. of contract management as related to health heath care
    • Excellent English communication skills both written and oral
    • Ability to communicate with state level officials
    • Ability to communicate C level management
    • Understanding of contract as related to the US health care system
    • Knowledgeable of Medicare and Medicaid as a plus
    • Proficient in MS Suite of tools (Word, Excel, PPT etc.)
