As a Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate leads for our organization. You will employ various strategies and techniques to engage potential customers and nurture them through the sales pipeline. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by consistently delivering high-quality leads.

Key Responsbilities:

1.Lead Generation:

-Identify and research potential clients within the locums industry using various tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, industry databases, and other online resources. 

2. Prospecting:

- Use a combination of cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking to initiate contact with information givers, influencers, and key decision-makers.

- Can make 200 calls per day 

3. Qualification:

- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with the company's target market and objectives. 

4. Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through ongoing communication, follow-ups, and personalized interactions. 

5. Collaboration: 

Work closely with the sales and account management teams to develop lead generation strategies, refine messaging, and optimize outreach efforts.
