Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter to support our business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients or leads, initiating outreach, and coordinating appointments for our consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to clients and potential leads using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Build and maintain a strong network of qualified leads through personalized messages and connection requests.
- Generate quality bookings and schedule appointments for consultants with interested leads.
- Coordinate and follow up with leads to ensure successful meeting arrangements.
- Send professional and engaging emails to nurture and convert leads.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-up activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for lead generation or recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in email outreach and appointment setting is a MUST.
