We are seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Migration Lead to drive the design and implementation of modern workplace solutions for our organisation.
Responsibilities
- Design architectural solutions for modern workplace environments, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and technology standards.
- Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, SPFx, and Microsoft Graph solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, supporting them in achieving project milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless workplace modernization solutions.
- Analyse complex challenges and propose scalable, efficient solutions to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Must-have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Open to Malaysians and expatriates currently based in Malaysia
- Visa sponsorship may be available for eligible expatriate candidates currently based in Malaysia
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft OneDrive Implementation
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Teams Development
- Expert proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Graph
- Experience designing architectural solutions for modern workplace environments
- Experience providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver workplace modernization solutions
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Experience integrating emerging technologies into workplace modernization strategies
- Experience with project lifecycle tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
