People Profilers is hiring on behalf of a leading consulting firm in SEA for an experienced SAP Project Manager, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Responsibilities:

• Work on SAP implementation engagements.
• Proficient in ABAP to examine functional specifications (FS), collaborate with functional consultants, and propose relevant solutions.
• Familiar with common functional modules, including FICO, SD, MM, QM, PP, PM, and WM.
• Review ABAP program algorithms and performance, with expertise in debugging, performance tools, runtime analysis, and SQL trace.
• Proficient in report programming, dialog programming, optimization code, smart forms, SAP scripts, dialog programs, user exit/enhancement, database design, ALV/ALV OO, BDC, BAPI, OOPs, IDOCs, SAP query, substitution/validation, and SAP script.
• Proficient in SAP workflows and interfaces, both with and without PI systems.
• Proficient in data migration and uploading via Batch Data Communication Programs (BDC) with Call Transaction and Session methods.
• SAP enhancements and user exits, such as menu exits, field exits, and screen exits, are designed based on client requirements.
• Expertise in ABAP/4 workbench, Data Dictionary, ALV reports, Dialog programming, Object Oriented programming, SAP scripts, Smart Forms, and Web Dynpro.
• Experienced with HANA-supported tools such as Eclipse (for Core Data Service (CDS) view, ABAP-Managed Database Procedures (AMDP), Web IDE, and SAP Fiori launchpad.
• It is advantageous to have experience developing and designing Fiori apps, understanding how to enhance conventional Fiori apps, and the ability to debug and resolve Fiori issues.
• Manage and monitor the tasks of ABAP members.
• Responsible for technical issues as well as coordinating with SAP on all product issues.

• Deliver high-quality results within the project's deadline.
• Provide technical training and user support as needed.
• Support pre-sales activity with technical solutions. 
• Serve as a subject matter mentor for new and junior members. Demonstrate expertise in specialized teams.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a SAP Technical Consultant or related expertise.
• Participated in at least 3 full-cycle projects or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• Technical expertise and gap analysis experience.
• Detailed understanding of business operations to deliver optimal solutions to consumers.
• Conduct SAP training using SAP Education official documents.
• Collaborate with the SAP project team to support helpdesk tickets as needed.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork, responsibility, independence, and self-study skills.
