        Senior Recruitment Consultant
Job Description:
People Profilers Vietnam currently is building up our brand and expanding our business more and more, so we are looking for new colleagues who perform a 360-degree role as Senior Recruitment Consultants to develop strong relationships with clients and consult candidates on the right opportunities.
A Senior Recruitment Consultant will do
- Identifying and developing client/business relationships
 - Assessing the needs of each particular client for each position then sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
 - Managing ongoing recruitment process of clients' company through interviews to offer stage and beyond
 - Staying active with current market trends by using job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
 - Maintaining company databases with candidates database
 - Performing a constant relationship and providing high-quality service to existing clients and candidates
 - Provide expertise consultancy to client companies and candidates on the up-to-date job market, conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels
 - Managing individual performance to achieve KPIs
 
A Senior Recruitment Consultant being qualified as:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Recruitment in the relevant position
 - Ability to handle clients' objections and close business deals
 - Strong communication skills, confidence, and fluency in English
 - Adaptable and comfortable with the fast-paced work, changes, and uncertainties of a start-up environment
 - Results and target-oriented
 
People Profilers Vietnam offers:
Salary Range: being compensated based on the performance
Probation: 2 months (100% salary)
