JOB DESCRIPTION

ESS Manager

We are currently seeking ESS Managers in Ho Chi Minh City who can build and lead a team in any of industries including but not limited to Technology, Industrials, Legal, Sales and Marketing, C-Suite, and Finance disciplines across Banking, Construction, Engineering, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing and other industries.

All Managers will be given autonomy to build the teams but have the full support of a leadership team who will support and provide hands-on training by you to achieve your goals.

As a ESS Manager, you are required to play a 360° role which the aim to approach clients for developing business lines while sourcing candidates to ensure the Candidates career goals and the Clients resourcing needs are rightly met.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Business developing, building and strengthening professional networks with clients and participating in the necessary development strategies of the company in the range of PPVNs services
  • Collect and capture market information to maximize business opportunities
  • Managing a team of Recruitment Consultants and Senior Consultants in achieving individual KPIs and team targets
  • Daily supervise & support members to solve clients pain points & hiring demands
  • Coach and train team members to ensure they can do their jobs effectively and monitor to meet their own target as well as the team target then measure team members performance
  • Recognize and reward team members to maximize sales performance
  • Ensure the reporting indicators are updated sufficiently and on time

REQUIREMENT

  • From 04+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Recruitment
  • At least 2 years of management experience in leading a sales or recruitment team
  • Excellent at English communication (speaking & writing)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and consulting skills
  • Good knowledge and very understanding of the labour market
  • Good at managing, motivating, incentivizing, and empowering the sales team
  • A Can-do attitude is necessary
