Data Owner (Business Partner)

 Job Description:

People Profilers is hiring on behalf of a leading global consulting firm for an experienced Data Owner (Business Partner) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in and/or finish trainings and workshops pertaining to data migration.
- Execute and guarantee timely completion of data purification operations Finish data collection for manual/construction items on schedule, with the exception of few fields
- Verify the value mapping that the Local Functional Data Owners (LFDOs) have completed.
- If necessary, create and keep master lists for the allocated objects.
- Assure data readiness and quality assurance throughout the data journey for assigned data objects by giving technical teams business insights and information to extract and convert from legacy system(s).
- Confirm or validate the data (DVS practice)'s suitability for the intended use, taking into account alignment with internal and external stakeholders. Approve (on behalf of authorized delegation) the upload files before to and following load for all designated data items.
- Complete manual data loads (type-ins) for allocated objects into target clients (if applicable).
- Execute dual maintenance and promptly supply DMWs for delta load (if relevant).
- Authorize and seal DVSs for every item that has been assigned.
- Serve as the point of contact (SPoC) for designated objects during the Hyper-care defect management process.

Requirements:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, computer sciences, software engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or comparable professional experience
- Experience in IT and pharma
- Experience five years or more of minimum experience with SAP FI, MM, or SD modules; expertise with Business Partner objects in SAP is preferred.

- Has extensive knowledge of the relevant functional processes and comprehends the flow, data, and dependencies of cross-functional and integration processes. 

- Has work experience in a multinational environment. 

- Has a strong command of the English language (speaking and writing). Preferably has a good command of the Mandarin language (speaking and writing).
- Has a thorough understanding of the associated portfolios and interfaces as well as the architectural framework for the relevant functional area.
- Having an impact on business and informatics groups up to the director level.
- Having strong communication and business partner skills; managing ambiguity and conducting rapid prototyping to mature requirements; understanding complicated challenges and information and being able to abstract and convey the idea in a clear, understandable way
- Has a good understanding and application of tools, principles, concepts, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis.

- Able to work in an agile setting and frequently on several projects at once; Willing to travel as needed for projects or services
