Are you a Chinese-speaking sales professional based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam or Malaysia? We're looking for a passionate and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Mill Sales Manager.

In this role, you will:

- Drive sales excellence for our full range of business offerings across Vietnam, Laos, and Malaysia by collaborating with various teams.

- Develop solutions and build strong relationships with existing and potential Chinese customers.

- Manage the sales cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, planning, and execution.

- Oversee project profitability and invoicing.

- Ensure compliance with legal, business code of conduct, and other company policies.

- Foster a collaborative and proactive work environment within the team.

We're looking for someone who:

- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Possesses at least 7 years of sales experience in the pulp & paper industry (or similar).

- Has a strong understanding of engineering principles and can translate them for customers.

- Possesses a working knowledge of business-relevant laws in Vietnam, Laos, and Malaysia (a plus).

- Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and customer focus.

Is proficient in modern management tools and technology.

- Possesses excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Is fluent in English and Chinese.

- Is target-oriented and thrives in a collaborative environment.

- Has a positive attitude and is committed to continuous learning and personal development.

- Is willing to travel as needed.
