About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Bakery Equipment & Engineering Sales to join our team in Thailand, representing a global leader in dough processing and bakery machinery. This hybrid role combines engineering expertise, bakery process knowledge, and solution-based sales to support our customers in optimizing their production lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation and sales support for bakery equipment, other partners products and a solution for complete line.
• Analyze customer requirements and design tailored bakery line configurations, integrating systems with packaging and automation technologies.
• Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions for clients and partners.
• Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of bakery machinery and systems.
• Collaborate with the reginal and global team to develop proposals and presentations for bakery clients.
• Offer insights on dough handling, bakery processes, and ingredient interactions to ensure optimal product quality.
• Maintain strong relationships with bakery clients, from artisan producers to industrial manufacturers.
• Represent company product at trade shows, customer demos, and industry events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
• Support for new project related to consumable and in the future strategy on growth of the company in food & bakery ingredients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, Mechatronics, Food Science, Bakery Technology, Culinary Arts or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bakery production, food ingredients, or bakery equipment sales.
• Strong understanding of dough processing, lamination, and bakery product development.
• Experience or knowledge in food ingredients (e.g., enzymes, emulsifiers, improvers, fats, or flour types) is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with bakery machinery and production line integration is a plus.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and solution selling.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally within the region.
