About the Role
Our client, a leading international education group, is seeking a world-class Academic Program Manager (Head of Enrollment) to join their team in Tokyo. This role will focus on promoting premium international high school programs and driving the recruitment of Japanese students to overseas campuses in the U.S. and the U.K., while also managing and developing the enrollment team in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the school in Japan by engaging and advising prospective parents and students on the benefits of an international education.

Drive direct sales through both phone and face-to-face engagement with families.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, guiding them through important educational decisions.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Japanese market.

Generate and manage partnerships with middle schools and related B2B channels.

Lead, coach, and develop Enrollment Advisors, conducting performance reviews and growth plans.

Manage budget planning and expenditure control.

Collaborate closely with global stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Desired Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree or higher.

Native-level Japanese fluency and high proficiency in English (C1 or equivalent).

Strong sales orientation with proven experience in education services or premium products.

Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience studying, living, or working abroad is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Experience with IB Diploma or boarding schools is advantageous.
