Senior Facilities Maintenance Executive

 Job Description:

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am–6pm, Alternate Saturday, 9am to 1pm

Salary up to S$4,500, comes with VB (Company phone is provided).

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Maintenance Officer who will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining building facilities. 

This role ensures that all properties within the portfolio remain tenant-ready, compliant with regulations, and well-maintained through efficient and professional execution of maintenance works.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain assigned properties in optimal, tenant-ready condition.
  • Attend to and resolve repair, maintenance, and compliance issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs, reinstatement, and improvement works.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to relevant housing regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
  • Provide prompt updates to internal teams and management on work progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of work requests, actions taken, and supporting documentation.
  • Source, assess, and engage contractors; obtain and evaluate quotations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on maintenance matters, including invoicing and payment processes.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues effectively.
  • Oversee property takeover and handover processes.
  • Perform basic servicing tasks, including air-conditioning, electrical, and general repairs.
  • Support additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Real Estate, Building, Project, or Facilities Management
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in real estate or related fields (preferred)
  • Experience in building maintenance and facility management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and support the team
  • Basic knowledge of building and maintenance standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to attend to site issues when required
  • Able to handle minor repairs independently
  • Comfortable to travel to multiple sites daily with company transportation provided.
