HR GENERALIST with PAYROLL (JAPANESE MNC)
Job Description:
• Up to $4,000 Basic + AWS + AVERAGE 4 to 5 months Variable Bonus
• MNC, Good Benefits
• Working location: Central
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Payroll Process Management for 1 of the 3 company entities (50 pax)
- HR generalist scope
- Updating of HRIS operation systems
- Other Ad hoc HR Administrative matters
Requirement:
- At least a Diploma in HR or relevant
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Generalist
- Experience in payroll and possess knowledge of payroll computations, MOM and CPF legislation
- JLPN N4 is an advantage
- Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts.
