Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and executing the overall regional marketing strategy, overseeing the direction of regional market development.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including universities, consulting firms, main contractors, and specialized subcontractors.
- Lead business negotiations for major projects and manage key client relationships.
- Oversee regional project information gathering and market resource integration to ensure a stable pipeline of project opportunities.
- Coordinate internal resources across design, engineering, procurement, and business teams to drive major project contracts and implementation.
- Responsible for building the regional marketing team and developing talent pipelines.
- Regularly report regional market expansion progress and strategic plans to management.
Job Requirements
- Possess Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in market development within the relevant industry, with local market knowledge, a strong reputation, and client network.
- Proven business negotiation skills and ability to integrate and leverage resources effectively.
- Familiar with the regional market environment and the operational models of the engineering industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and team management capabilities.
- Candidates with experience in public building projects, large-span structures, or complex façade projects, will be given priority.
