This role oversees the overall operations and performance of a cluster of Active Ageing Centres, including direct management of one centres daily administration, programmes, and community café to ensure safe, smooth, and engaging services for seniors.

Key responsibilities include leading and supporting centre supervisors, assisting with staff recruitment and training, aligning operational practices across centres, and ensuring compliance through the development and review of SOPs, contingency plans, and emergency procedures. The role manages incidents, audits, public feedback, and ensures accurate and timely reporting of operational and programme statistics to relevant authorities.

The incumbent is responsible for facility operations, including maintenance, procurement, vendor and budget management, as well as manpower deployment to ensure adequate resourcing across centres.

The role also oversees community café operations, covering budgeting, procurement, supplier and volunteer management, and reviews financial performance to ensure sustainability and alignment with community engagement goals.

In addition, the position leads service planning and evaluation, including outreach initiatives, befriending and buddying programmes, volunteer recruitment and management, and outcome evaluation to improve programme effectiveness.

The role actively builds and maintains partnerships with healthcare providers, community agencies, volunteers, and donors, supports referral coordination for integrated care, represents the organisation in inter-agency platforms, and contributes to cross-centre initiatives aligned with broader community strategies.
