Customer Service Officer (Airfreight)

Responsibilities:

 

·       Booking of flights with airlines

·       Arrangement of shipments with customers and contractors

·       Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

·       Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively

·       Work closely with internal operations to meet customers’ requirements

·       Ensure compliance with customers’ Standard Operating Procedures

·       Ensure all data are updated correctly in system

·       Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements

·       Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly

 

Requirements:

 

·       At least 1 year of experience in Airfreight and familiar with import and export process

·       Good understanding of Incoterms 2010 •

·       A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

·       Flexible / Adaptive to changes

·       Meticulous to details

·       Able to commit OT / weekend duties / after office hours coordination
