CMP Technology Senior Engineer

 Job Description:

Summary

Seeking a high-performing CMP Technology Senior Engineer to drive growth in the semiconductor CMP sector across Southeast Asia.

This role connects customer technical needs with internal R&D capabilities to deliver differentiated, value-driven solutions and secure successful product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the CMP polishing market.
  • Lead technical customer engagements and strengthen regional presence through strategic initiatives.
  • Translate customer requirements into optimized solutions in collaboration with R&D and Business Units.
  • Drive technical proposals, onsite evaluations, and product qualification to ensure successful integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of semiconductor industry experience; CMP experience is mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in semiconductor manufacturing processes, particularly CMP.
  • Proven customer engagement, technical presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Southeast Asia semiconductor market experience preferred.
