Key Responsibilities

• Design mechanical components including cold plates, manifolds, brackets, enclosures, and racks.

• Define mechanical interfaces between PCBA, cold plates, hoses, and connectors.

• Select appropriate materials (e.g., copper, aluminum, EPDM) based on thermal and mechanical requirements.

• Ensure manufacturability, assembly efficiency, and serviceability of designs.

• Support leak testing, pressure testing, and mechanical qualification.

• Conduct tolerance analysis and stress evaluation.

• Collaborate with vendors for fabrication and prototype builds.

• Contribute to DFMEA / PFMEA from a mechanical engineering perspective.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design for electronics or cooling systems.

• Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, NX, or similar).

• Knowledge of fluid connectors, seals, hoses, and pressure-rated components.

• Experience supporting prototype builds and factory production.

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, brazing, welding, and assembly.

• Open to overseas candidates.

• Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
